DEFA Power Facility – Charger for larger installation projects

DEFA has released an updated software version for DEFA Power that enables communication and load balancing with more than one unit. We have chosen to call this software version DEFA Power Facility. The advantage of purchasing the Facility variant is its pre-installed update, which simplifies and streamlines larger installation projects.

For those who already have DEFA Power in stock, it is possible to perform software updates directly during the installation. Note that all existing installed and connected charging stations will gradually be updated with this new software in the coming weeks.

Take full control of your charging with Cloud Charge. Cloud Charge is a user-friendly and smart platform for managing electric vehicle chargers that is compatible with DEFA Power Facility. Cloud Charge allows users to manage their charging operations effortlessly and deliver great charging experiences to their customers or members. The service is free for charging stations with up to three chargers. For larger facilities, you can find the price list here. Please note that an operator service is necessary to manage permissions, statistics, and payment flows.

Wattif, together with Bergen Parkering, has already installed 31 DEFA Power units with Facility software. The collaboration enables a seamless and smart charging solution where vehicles are already present - in parking lots. The idea is to allow charging where users usually park, instead of requiring them to park for charging.
