The MID meter measures and displays the current consumption of electricity. It provides one hundred percent transparency to the end user and the ability to see exactly how many kW have been used to charge the electric car. The MID meter is also a requirement in many countries, making Charge Amps Dawn compliant with European standards and thereby ready for the European market.

Installer's Best Friend:

Charge Amps aims to be the installer's best friend, and Dawn has been developed with a backplate where installation and configuration are done. Thanks to the backplate, cable routing and connection are significantly simplified. In addition, there is "The Installation Wizard" which smoothly guides the installer through the entire installation process, step by step.

Built-in Residual Current Device:

Charge Amps Dawn also has a built-in type B residual current device and DC protection in the charger. It protects the electric car from ground faults and ensures that the car is not damaged.

Partner Account with Charge Amps:

Remember that as an installer, you need to get a Partner Account to install, configure, and best manage Charge Amps' various products. All more advanced settings, such as setting up and configuring load balancing, require such a Partner Account.
